We only use market leading paints on our products to ensure both longevity and truly outstanding finished results. Teknos is our chosen supplier of paint for all of our external joinery coatings requirements.
Teknos have been manufacturing timber coatings since 1948 and are market leaders regarding work with the Accoya and Hardwoods. Used in conjunction with an Opaque solid colour, Teknos are the only company who will approve a 12-year performance warranty and elongated maintenance cycles with Accoya and offer extended maintenance cycles on hardwoods.
We work very closely with both Teknos and Accoya who provide us with proper training, a wealth of technical knowledge, experience and support to ensure our products remain on the leading edge of our industry. This ensures we can maximize the life of our joinery products and gives you ‘peace of mind’ that they will perform year after year.
Stains and colours can be matched to any commercially available shade chart or from our own formulated colour cards. As already stated with the extended maintenance cycles of the opaque solid colour coatings on hardwood and Accoya, this is proving very popular. We offer many different shades of stained wood finishes, from Light Oak right down to Ebony, we can offer a maintenance cycle of up to 10 years on the Accoya in a stained finish, depending on shade chosen, slightly less on Hardwood.
Our Promise
We are proud to be excepted as a member of the British Woodworking Federation or BWF. To be a member of The BWF it is not just a case of sending off a annual subscription and gaining a few stickers as with some other organisations, the BWF offers protection for both the Joinery Manufacturer and you the customer. New members are expected to be strictly audited against an eight point assessment and comply in all areas within a twelve month period of application at which time being entitled to display their BWF logo.
